Spatial Plans is launching SpinDLE, our GIS/Computer Vision model services, in early 2026. SpinDLE identifies and extracts features (such as sidewalks, crosswalks, and parking lots) into GIS layers for use in inventories and analysis.

The Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant is a federally funded competitive program for aimed at eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries.
Our SS4A portfolio includes analytical, educational, and engagement services that support a wide range of SS4A goals.
Geospatial Automation
Need a sidewalk GIS layer for a jurisdiction? We provide sidewalk inventories as a GIS layer using open-source imagery and advanced computer vision techniques.
SpinDLE, our GIS/Computer Vision model for feature identification and extraction, delivers fast, scalable, and accurate results that require minimal ground-truthing. Our models can be modified to extract a host of above-ground features for comprehensive inventories, analysis, and planning.
Interactive Mapping with GIS
We help our clients utilize their spatial data to engage with community members and stakeholders by simplifying complex datasets and enhancing information accessibility through the use of StoryMaps, digital surveys, dashboards, interactive maps, and web applications.
We are also able to serve as GIS staff support.
Transit Development Plans
Transit Development Plans (TDPs) for public transit agencies are required every five years and authorized by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and state DOTs.
We have worked on several transit projects across Georgia and provide a wide range of services including existing conditions, transit propensity, capital and operational analysis, community and stakeholder involvement, and project recommendations and implementation plans.
