SS4A

The Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant is a federally funded competitive program for regional, local, and Tribal initiatives aimed at preventing roadway fatalities and serious injuries.

Spatial Plans has successfully offered consulting services for several SS4A projects, including Athens-Clarke County’s Safety Action Plan and the City of Milton’s Safety in Action project.

We led key areas of these projects, including:

• Developing a Community Engagement Plan

• Designing the project’s logo, branding materials, and style guides

• Creating content for project website, social media posts, and newsletters

• Organizing stakeholder meetings and public outreach activities

• Performing transportation disadvantage analysis, and ancillary GIS analyses

• Designing interactive public surveys and infographics

• Tracking public feedback through surveys, outreach activities, and online outlets and generating comprehensive reports.
